Sorry about this comment, the merchandise was great however the delivery Was complete lies and a waste of 48 hrs of promises to deliver with a 12 hr slot time .

Ordered my van roof racking and was told it would be delivered Next day. I was given a slot of between 8:00-18:00 which I think is ridiculous. Waited in all day as I needed it for the following day. IT NEVER EVEN SHOWED UP. They say on the order that they have delivered it too!!! Toys4van advertise as open on google but I haven’t managed to get through to them yet. What an absolute joke.

Having ordered a new roof rack on Monday with promised next day delivery, the couriers couldn’t find us on Tuesday and despite detailed directions couldn’t find us on Wednesday or Thursday we then had Good Friday so I drove the 45minute journey to pick it up on Saturday morning both boxes were damaged and opened I then drove 45 minutes home. Am about to fit the roof rack and am hoping that all the bits are there! The product itself looks ok, quite heavy and quite strong.

Sincere apologies for this. It's frustrating for us too when we are let down by a courier. I have sent an email to the depot concerned just to make them aware of the issue. Hopefully everything with the product is good. If you have any issues whatsoever, please don't hesitate to contact us.
I ordered a 3 bar rack a roller bar and a mat, the roller bar came pretty quickly then 2 days later the rack and ive still not received the mat

Apologies for this. When the label was created for the courier, we accidentally got 1 digit of the post code wrong which meant a slight delay in delivery. I hope you are happy with the product though. Once again, sorry.
We still haven't received the roof bars!!! Supposed to be delivered Friday last week, have not heard anything. I stayed in all day, so 100% know that no delivery attempt was made. No one has let us know what is going on. Tried ringing and have left 3 messages as well as sending 3 emails, no response whatsoever. Avoid this company at all costs! Obviously would have left zero stars, but not possible to do. Really disappointed and wondering what on earth is going on. At the moment I have paid out £84.03 and have nothing to show for it! DISGUSTING

I'm really sorry the delivery didn't arrive on time. The order was placed on a Thursday and should have been delivered on the Friday. Our courier misrouted the parcel which meant it was delivered on the Monday morning as they don't deliver on weekends. As soon as we received your voice mail/emails. we got straight on to it and gathered the information from the courier and then updated you. The vast majority of the time, our courier does deliver next day. It's just unfortunate it happend with your order that you desperately needed. Once again, sorry for any inconvenience caused.
When ordering a 3 bar system we were actually sent a 2 bar system. This was ok as [Staff Member] called to admit the mistake and promised an extra bar would be posted on a pre 1030 for the next day. However 1045 the next day came and nothing. I spoke to [Staff Member] who said he would investigate and call me back. He never did. I called again around 1430 to chase up and again was told by [Staff Member] he would investigate and call me back. Again he didn't call back. the parcel did turn up at 3pm with a label on for a next day service. It was never shipped on a pre 1030 service. I wouldn't have minded if we hadn't been lied to and been told in the morning that it had been put on a next day by mistake rather than a pre 1030. It must have been known it was only sent on next day and all it needed was someone to tell me this and I would have been able to know when it was actually supposed to be with me.
