“Happy with the customer service and product, the delivery company that was used (DX freight) did not complete the delivery as Instructed, Instructed the delivery company by email and telephone to put my package in my porch shed as a 'Safe place'. Got home from work and my package had been leant against the front door for 5 hours, response from company supplying the product was 'These things happen, the delivery drivers don't always check the delivery instructions!'..I wouldn't re-order through this company again.”
