“We are very happy with the quality of the product and the customer service we receieved. However, the advertisment was not very clear. We have a Range Rover Evoque Dynamic and we purchased the bull bar thinking it would fit. We presumed the 'Pure & Prestige Black' was the colour black, not the name of the Evoque that the bull bar would fit on. The name is not very clear. It was quite dissapointing. The bull bar did not fit our Evoque, however we did make it fit in the end, with some adjustments.”

“First of all, I am very pleased with the product and with the way it looks on the van, so for that, I would award 5 stars. However, I was a trifle disappointed with the delay in delivery and when I finally wrote to ask why, I was told that the product was still being manufactured. No problem with that, but why wasn't I informed as a matter of courtesy? There was also no explanation for fitting the 'bra' when it arrived and though it may seem obvious to the manufacturers, I think a quick line of explanation to be included in the package, which I got when I wrote and asked, would help those, like me, who fear fitting it incorrectly.”

“Really good products supplied, with a really quick delivery time, unfortunately came with 2 washers and a bolt missing.”

“The actual roof bars and all the parts to go with it are good quality i am happy with the standard however two of the bolts heads snapped off when fitting to the van leaving the thread snapped off inside, meaning ive had to drill it out, tap a new thread and use different bolts. It would be understandable if i had over tighten the bolts but the fixings were still loose when it happend.”

“Thoroughly disappointed and frustrated, with the time it took to assemble the roof rack, as the access wasn't great, where it fixed together. There was also a piece that wasn't prepared fully too, on a bracket, where a bolt went for a bar to be sucured in place. For the effort to assemble it, I won't be returning it, but disappointed all the same. How ever, there is great potential in the use of the product going forward and the sliding grips look like a great feature.”

“The roof bars are perfect and the best I’ve found . Will be ordering for a Berlingo shortly . Seat cover on the other hand are thin , rip and fray easy and have already pulled off the drivers seat . Will now have to order a drivers seat from customcovers a lease van has to have a good fitted cover .”

“I could not fault the quality of the carpet, however i am very disappointed that the carpet didnt cover the whole area. The sides are not wide enough and leaves the sides exposed. So that part of the floor remains very slidey underfoot. It could do with another 6 inches each side that would cover the whole area”

“In the end a decent product for the money. However, screw heads snapped off when tightening. Threads stuck in hole. Took mechanic one hour to drill out. Turns out the screws were too long for holes. Also cheap aluminium screw. Not fit for purpose. Purchased proper screws, cut down to fit van. Would recommend to seller improving quality of screws and checking what vans have a screw void and which cans have a stopper! Reasonable satisfied customer”

Hi David As discussed on the phone, fit the wind deflector that comes with the bars and it will make a huge difference.
