“Received item there was a bit of a delay of 3 weeks in that time communication was zero i ordered black bars wich came with silver fixing wich wasnt good i had to have them painted black.End caps was damaged unrepairable. Once fitted number plate wouldnt fit because of the two bolts in the middle .front sensors now do not work you do get two stickers to cover them .very poor item . The legal certificates you get are in Italian ???????? .big mistake buying these”

“Brought a roof rack unfortunately parts were missing. Phoned the company to ask for a M8 Nikon locking nut and got sent 2 bolts. not helpful ended going to Halfords to buy replacements”

“This may yet get corrected, but only part of my order arrived. It was only two parts a roof rack and rubber mats so not a very complicated order. Lets see what happens Monday? Brave to send out a survey request before fixing an issue!”

“Unfortunately my Caddy Van roof rack was sent to the wrong address and the courier had the wrong contact number for me! It was only when the rack had not arrived that I contacted you to find out where the heck it was. The person who it had been delivered too had the wrong phone number on the ticket so couldn't contact me!! Not great lads....”

Thanks for the feedback Mark. The address was indeed entered into the courier system incorrectly by ourselves. Really sorry about this. It was 1 number out so ended up being delivered to your neighbour. As soon as you called to find out where the delivery was, I discovered the error and informed you. I'm glad you got your roof rack in the end. Once again, sorry for the delay. Chris

“The roof bars arrived promptly. Sadly one of the parcels had burst open in transit. Thankfully all the parts were still in the box. The next issue was one of the side rails didn’t fit my van. The holes in the side rail didn’t match up with the bolt holes in the top of my van. I had to just open the hole to get it to fit. I was disappointed for the amount I paid I had to do this as it was an inconvenience. I have bought roof bars from this company before and was really pleased with my purchase that why I returned.”

Apologies for this. The rack was definitely made to fit your variant of van. If I was made aware of the issue, I would have sent a replacement side rail. After speaking to you, I understand you have made the rails fit so at least you have a fitted roof rack now. I will make the manufacturer aware. Many thanks for the order.

“The roof rack was delivered promptly and I am pleased with the quality, but one of the plastic locking levers was broken. A week later, I am still waiting for the promised replacement. A speedy response to the problem would have enhanced you image. Delay does no favours at all.”

“the site was excellent, the delivery was excellent but although I gave the make and model of the van the roof rack did not fit - the holes were not lined up. This may be because the van was brand new but customer service though helpful could not understand why the rack did not fit. It was not a bad experience and I would buy from the site again. I have found it very difficult to find a rack that fitted from anywhere. Eventually we had to drill another hole but to secure it was difficult because of the van cabin lining.”

“Ordered 28/12 17 10:50am still not received goods . Says on site if ordered before 3.00pm next day delivery. Received e-mail on 29/12/17 at 15.39pm to say it would be with me within 24 hours. It was delivered on 2/1/18 @12.00am. Went to fit it today started to fit roof brackets and the washers supplied are M6 and should be M8 so I will have to go and purchase some tomorrow so that I can eventually fit it. Fingers crossed.”
