Having ordered a new roof rack on Monday with promised next day delivery, the couriers couldn’t find us on Tuesday and despite detailed directions couldn’t find us on Wednesday or Thursday we then had Good Friday so I drove the 45minute journey to pick it up on Saturday morning both boxes were damaged and opened I then drove 45 minutes home. Am about to fit the roof rack and am hoping that all the bits are there!
The product itself looks ok, quite heavy and quite strong.
