First of all, I am very pleased with the product and with the way it looks on the van, so for that, I would award 5 stars. However, I was a trifle disappointed with the delay in delivery and when I finally wrote to ask why, I was told that the product was still being manufactured. No problem with that, but why wasn't I informed as a matter of courtesy? There was also no explanation for fitting the 'bra' when it arrived and though it may seem obvious to the manufacturers, I think a quick line of explanation to be included in the package, which I got when I wrote and asked, would help those, like me, who fear fitting it incorrectly.
