the site was excellent, the delivery was excellent but although I gave the make and model of the van the roof rack did not fit - the holes were not lined up. This may be because the van was brand new but customer service though helpful could not understand why the rack did not fit. It was not a bad experience and I would buy from the site again.
I have found it very difficult to find a rack that fitted from anywhere. Eventually we had to drill another hole but to secure it was difficult because of the van cabin lining.
