“We still haven't received the roof bars!!! Supposed to be delivered Friday last week, have not heard anything. I stayed in all day, so 100% know that no delivery attempt was made. No one has let us know what is going on. Tried ringing and have left 3 messages as well as sending 3 emails, no response whatsoever. Avoid this company at all costs! Obviously would have left zero stars, but not possible to do. Really disappointed and wondering what on earth is going on. At the moment I have paid out £84.03 and have nothing to show for it! DISGUSTING”

I'm really sorry the delivery didn't arrive on time. The order was placed on a Thursday and should have been delivered on the Friday. Our courier misrouted the parcel which meant it was delivered on the Monday morning as they don't deliver on weekends. As soon as we received your voice mail/emails. we got straight on to it and gathered the information from the courier and then updated you. The vast majority of the time, our courier does deliver next day. It's just unfortunate it happend with your order that you desperately needed. Once again, sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Having our orders delivered the day after placing the order meant we had virtually no disruption to our busy schedule and therefore there was no impact to our customers. We have no qualms about recommending T4V and will be using them again.”
