“Ordered 28/12 17 10:50am still not received goods . Says on site if ordered before 3.00pm next day delivery. Received e-mail on 29/12/17 at 15.39pm to say it would be with me within 24 hours. It was delivered on 2/1/18 @12.00am. Went to fit it today started to fit roof brackets and the washers supplied are M6 and should be M8 so I will have to go and purchase some tomorrow so that I can eventually fit it. Fingers crossed.”

“all good arrived earlier than expected. the only issue was with the fitting instructions could have been a little bit more comprehensive, although once you have fitted the bars it became clear. would also suggest that you loosely fit the screw/nut/plate which hold the crossbars to the 2 longitudinal bars before you fit the longitudinal bars to the van as the little nuts and screws are fiddly particularly when its cold and then slide in the crossbars through the brackets and tighten”

“Dealt with my initial telephone enquiry really well and then ordered the roof rack for a Peugot Bipper via their website. Received the following day as promised although the only problem was it was delivered to the correct house number in the wrong road! However that was down to the delivery driver and not Toys for Vans”

“Excellent service. Ordered a Van Guard 4 Bar roof rack for my Vauxhall Vivaro. Received an email to confirm that I had specified the correct vehicle. The roof rack arrived the next day via Tuffnels courier. Once I started fitting it I realised that the bracing bars were missing. A quick email to toys4vans and the replacement parts arrived next day. Excellent service. Would buy from them again.”

“I ordered a roof rack on Wednesday after 3pm and it was delivered before 4pm on Thursday. When I ordered I used the chat facility and the staff were very helpful in ensuring I got the correct product. When I checked the order and discovered that 4 screws were missing, the customer service was excellent. The missing screws were immediately posted to me and I got them the next day. Well done. Great product and a very customer orientated company.”
