“In the end a decent product for the money. However, screw heads snapped off when tightening. Threads stuck in hole. Took mechanic one hour to drill out. Turns out the screws were too long for holes. Also cheap aluminium screw. Not fit for purpose. Purchased proper screws, cut down to fit van. Would recommend to seller improving quality of screws and checking what vans have a screw void and which cans have a stopper! Reasonable satisfied customer”

“Having ordered a new roof rack on Monday with promised next day delivery, the couriers couldn’t find us on Tuesday and despite detailed directions couldn’t find us on Wednesday or Thursday we then had Good Friday so I drove the 45minute journey to pick it up on Saturday morning both boxes were damaged and opened I then drove 45 minutes home. Am about to fit the roof rack and am hoping that all the bits are there! The product itself looks ok, quite heavy and quite strong.”

Sincere apologies for this. It's frustrating for us too when we are let down by a courier. I have sent an email to the depot concerned just to make them aware of the issue. Hopefully everything with the product is good. If you have any issues whatsoever, please don't hesitate to contact us.
