“Ordered a pair of roof bars for my Berlingo , great price and arrived next day , unfortunately (my fault) my van was registered 2011 but was in fact a 2007 model , quick phone call and the correct parts arrived the next morning at no extra cost . “Unfortunately my Caddy Van roof rack was sent to the wrong address and the courier had the wrong contact number for me! It was only when the rack had not arrived that I contacted you to find out where the heck it was. The person who it had been delivered too had the wrong phone number on the ticket so couldn't contact me!! Not great lads....”

Thanks for the feedback Mark. The address was indeed entered into the courier system incorrectly by ourselves. Really sorry about this. It was 1 number out so ended up being delivered to your neighbour. As soon as you called to find out where the delivery was, I discovered the error and informed you. I'm glad you got your roof rack in the end. Once again, sorry for the delay. Chris
