“Item I ordered was delivered safe and fast”

“People don't usually bother writing reviews but the service I received was so good I've decided to make that effort. Firstly when I phoned there was no answer but someone called me back promptly. Their advice was spot on and although the website was quite clear to what I needed it was useful having someone verify what I required. It was late afternoon so I wasn't going to receive my order next day but was told it'd arrive the following day. It did. I know these sound like normal expectations but from beginning to end I didn't have to chase anything, I received what I needed with clear instructions on how to fit and all on time which meant I could carry on at work without disruption.”

“Nice chap at company, lovely to hear a genuine regional accent for once. Delivery arrived fine, was told 9am-3pm, arrived at 3 ish. Product ok. Pointless looking at delivery company tracking, tells you absolutely nothing. Overall tho', quite happy! Would recommend.”
