“I had an urgent need for a roof rack for my Transit Connect van. My first point of contact, on line, was Halfords. Their online page was not operative so I then found Toys4Vans. My experience with this firm could not have been better. It was clear from the website that I had been directed to the precise model that I needed. The website asks more than once for confirmation of the vehicle model and year. I was therefore totally confident that I was about to order the exact rack I needed. Even then, I was asked to confirm by phone the vehicle details prior to despatch. The order, which arrived promptly, was deficient of one fixing nut. This was despatched to me immediately I emailed the firm. Many thanks for this. (I`m not on facebook, but will happily recommend you to anyone). Richard Dickinson”
