“Excellent service. Ordered a Van Guard 4 Bar roof rack for my Vauxhall Vivaro. Received an email to confirm that I had specified the correct vehicle. The roof rack arrived the next day via Tuffnels courier. Once I started fitting it I realised that the bracing bars were missing. A quick email to toys4vans and the replacement parts arrived next day. Excellent service. Would buy from them again.”

“I ordered a roof rack on Wednesday after 3pm and it was delivered before 4pm on Thursday. When I ordered I used the chat facility and the staff were very helpful in ensuring I got the correct product. When I checked the order and discovered that 4 screws were missing, the customer service was excellent. The missing screws were immediately posted to me and I got them the next day. Well done. Great product and a very customer orientated company.”

“What a lovely family service, was able to talk to a real person re my order, who was kind, helpful and supportive after a horrible van break in. Sorted it all in minutes and all with a swift 24 hr courier polite delivery service. Excellent quality product and much cheaper than usual web sites one would visit.
