“Very happy with product although slightly miss leading fitting time on instructions. 50 minutes fitting time they said and here I am 3 hours later and the roof rack is still not fitted 😂😂 they made it look so easy in the video! Apart from that very happy with product and would highly recommend getting someone else to fit it for you 😂”

“Recently purchased a roof rack for my van.( I'm a joiner so needed something robust). Easy to navigate site so I was happy that I had select to correct one. But no need to worry as I received a quick call from Toys 4 Vans to just check on my requirements. Rack arrived as promised the next day. Fitted that evening and I have to say it really is a great piece of kit and easily fitted single handed. I have no hesitation in recommending Toy 4 Vans roof racks.”

“the site was excellent, the delivery was excellent but although I gave the make and model of the van the roof rack did not fit - the holes were not lined up. This may be because the van was brand new but customer service though helpful could not understand why the rack did not fit. It was not a bad experience and I would buy from the site again. I have found it very difficult to find a rack that fitted from anywhere. Eventually we had to drill another hole but to secure it was difficult because of the van cabin lining.”

Apologies for this. When the label was created for the courier, we accidentally got 1 digit of the post code wrong which meant a slight delay in delivery. I hope you are happy with the product though. Once again, sorry.
