“Good prices, Good product, Great communication. A confirmation phonecall that an order was being shipped was an unusual but excellent idea. Unfortunately the goods supplied had an incorrect fixings box included, however T4V rapidly dispatched a replacement which arrived in under 12 hours. Brilliant service!”

“The rack arrived on time but the the rails have come off seven times,I have now managed to keep it on for three days so hope it will now stay put. I had other people check it was on right but it still come off.I have since had a phone call from the manufactures and hopefully now sorted the problem,it has not dropped of since.”

“I was looking for a tool store for the house and amongst the many google searches I found toys4vans (toys4cars). I was able to phone the company and speak with someone about what I needed. The person I spoke with was helpful and pointed out the possible problems I may run into. Many companies don't have easy telephone contact and clearly I was lucky to find this company. I can't say I have many calls on this company's facilities, but if they have the support across their whole range of stock then people may well benefit from this company. Main point- it is important to have a real person to speak to when buying on line and this is such a company. Thank you.”
