“Was expecting next day delivery but of the two items I ordered, one came 4 days after I ordered and the other came 8 days after.”

“I would suggest you use a different parcel company I waited for it to come and it never the guy never turned up the first day of supposed to come apparently the courier run out of time i then waited in all day Wednesday for it not to then remarkably on Monday a week late it came service I received from toys 4 vans was very good shame that they where let down by the choice of parcel company maybe use a different company in the future to avoid customers getting annoyed”

“Very good and quick service. The only problem was that the boxes had boot prints all over them, and the boxes was ripped open, luckily the roof rack are ok. It's would be nice to know people took care with boxes when you buy items. Dave Sims”

Hello Dave, We are disappointed to hear the carriers had damaged the boxes on delivery, I trust the product was intact as we have had no contact from you reference anything being damaged. I am not going to attempt to defend the carriers as this is unnecessary and ignorant on their part and we have reported this to them. Please accept our apologies.

“Item works. Instructions vague in places but no real problems. The bracket tops have plastic covers possibly to prevent you cutting yourself on the corners, I haven't seen that in any of the other racks I have had.”
