One of the gentleman called me from the office to double check that I had the right product. And gave me some great advice about fitting before they shipped the order. “Ordered a rear ladder and roof bars for my 2014 transit. Great service , quick accurate delivery and awesome product . One small problem was one of the captive nuts for the roof bar accessories was missing.. not a problem at moment as not using them this weekend but I'm sure that they will find a replacement for me as soon as they get back to my email !! I'm planning that they will so I've given 5 stars for support service”
