I ordered a roof rack for my Citroen berlingo, it didnt fit, I rang T4V and the phone was answered immediately by Chris who after a few seconds was able to tell me exactly what the problem was, although my van was 09 it was made before that and had an older system of brackets on the roof, he arranged for the rack to be collected at the same time as a new one was delivered which it was and works fine. Great personal service, something very rare nowadays!
