We ordered two roof racks from Toys 4 Vans. The order was processed swiftly & dispatched the next day. When phoning them to obtain a VAT invoice they provided this quickly but also wanted to check that we had ordered the right racks for our vehicles. Both vehicles were registered around the time that Vauxhall changed the vehicle shape. I provided some photos & they quickly confirmed our order to be correct. This could have been a costly mistake had we unknowingly ordered the incorrect racks, so I thank them for taking the time to highlight the change & checking we had ordered the correct thing. An added level of service that was much appreciated.
