Ordered roof bars for a Citroen van, and was unsure the exact model wanted. Arrived by next day. Turned out it wasn't the correct one, I phoned and it was decided I needed just a different fixing kit. Which again I received the following day. Very polite and courteous staff. Overall excellent service.
