“After getting my van wrote off and not being able to find the correct roof rack anywhere local for the new van I saw toy's for vans on Google and the next day it was at my door. Highly recommended this company , fast delivery no hassle whatsoever.”

Hi. You never called us to inform us there was an issue. I can only assume you called the manufacturer and they sent you replacement bolts. I can see from the image that the system you ordered is incorrect for your van; had you spoken to us, I would have been able to advise. Please call us and we can sort it.

“I thought customer service was dead. It isn't its alive and well its hiding in toys4vans. I had a problem with the delivery, so I emailed Chris ,from the email off the website. After a couple of emails to understand what the problem was, he sent out new parts that was there the next day . L”
